Two-way Outlook & Microsoft 365 calendar sync is live
Your SiteLive bookings now flow into your Outlook calendar, and changes flow back. Site coordination and your day, finally in one place.
Coordination should not live in a separate app from your day. So SiteLive bookings now sync two-way with your personal Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendar — automatically, per user.
What it does
- Bookings become calendar events. Confirm a pour, a crane lift or a delivery in SiteLive and it lands in your Outlook calendar with the right time, site and detail.
- Changes sync both ways. Move a booking and the calendar updates. The sync runs continuously in the background, so the two stay in step without anyone copying anything across.
- Per-user and private. Each person connects their own calendar from Settings. You see your bookings; the rest of the business sees theirs.
Why we built it
Site managers and engineers live in their calendar. Asking them to check a second app for what is on today is how things get missed. Pulling SiteLive's live coordination into the calendar they already trust means the plan and the day are one and the same.
How to turn it on
Open Settings → Calendar sync, connect your Microsoft 365 account, and your bookings start flowing within minutes. It is part of a wider integrations push — Xero invoicing, email and Teams hand-off are already live, with more of the tools you run on connecting over the coming months.
This is construction intelligence meeting you where you already work.
