Is this a progress claim generator or an evidence system?
Both — and that's the point. SiteLive captures the as-built work on site as a timestamped ledger, then generates the payment claim from that ledger with deterministic arithmetic. No re-keying, no invented numbers.
Does it support Security of Payment (SOPA) claims?
Yes. Every claim is immutable history, dated, itemised and backed by evidence packs — the record you need if a payment dispute goes to adjudication.
Can we use our head contractor's claim template?
Yes. Upload the PDF, Excel or Word template they use. The AI reads the layout only (never the amounts), a human approves the mapping, and every claim is rendered in that exact format.
How is previous-claim reconciliation handled?
Explicitly. Certified-vs-claimed is carried forward line by line and every moved line must be opened and approved individually — there's no 'approve all' shortcut.
