CaptureLive · Evidence & claims

Evidence that pays.

Capture the work, confirm the as-built, and produce the payment claim — in one motion. Timestamped, immutable evidence. Deterministic arithmetic. Rendered in your client's own claim format.

What you get

How it works

  1. 1
    Confirm on site

The foreman taps Started or Complete on the element, adds a note and a photo. Scans and captures propose — a human confirms.

  2. 2
    Watch production build

Quantities by period, storey and trade fill the dashboard automatically. One tap exports an evidence pack for any window.

  3. 3
    Claim in one motion

The claim is generated in your client's approved format, with the evidence pack attached. Previous-claim reconciliation is explicit and auditable.

FAQ

How is the as-built record kept honest?

It's an append-only, timestamped ledger. Corrections are new events — never edits to old ones. Every element-progress confirmation carries who confirmed it, when, and the photo/scan evidence that backed it.

Does the AI decide what's complete?

No. Scans and captures only propose progress — storey and trade matched, ≥50% vision confidence, and 'complete' only surfaces at ≥95% scan-measured volume. A human opens each line and confirms it. Nothing auto-writes to the ledger.

How do the numbers on the claim get calculated?

Deterministic arithmetic. This period = to-date − previously claimed, plus retention, GST and gross payable, computed the same way every time. The AI reads the claim template's layout only — it never invents amounts.

Can we claim in the builder's or client's format?

Yes. Upload their claim template (PDF, Excel or Word). A human reviews and approves the AI's layout mapping, then every claim is rendered in that exact format with the evidence pack attached.

How does previous-claim reconciliation work?

Certified-vs-claimed is carried forward explicitly, line by line. Anti-rubber-stamp review means every moved line has to be opened then approved on its own — there is no 'approve all' button.

Both sides look at the same record?

Yes. Subbies substantiate work and get paid faster; builders assess claims fairly from verified quantities. The same timestamped, measured, photographed record — so disputes shrink.
