How it works

Big, obvious QR help points around site. Anyone on site can scan and hit First Aid or Emergency in seconds.
- 2One tap fans out
The alert reaches designated responders on SMS, WhatsApp, push and in-app — with 60-second escalation if nobody acknowledges.
- 3Evacuate live-tracked
One tap rings every phone, siren takes over the app, muster board fills up until every person is safe or accounted for.
FAQ
How do the QR help points work?
Print QR posters around site. Anyone — worker, visitor, delivery driver — scans the code and hits First Aid or Emergency. No login, no app install. The alert fans out to designated responders over SMS, WhatsApp, push and in-app, with 60-second escalation if nobody acknowledges.
What actually happens when we tap Evacuate?
The system fires a voice call to every phone on site — the phone rings, bypassing silent-mode notification limits — plus SMS, WhatsApp, push and a full-screen in-app siren takeover with 'I'M SAFE / I NEED HELP' buttons. People inside the geofence are called first. A live muster board tracks safe / need help / on-site-no-response until everyone is accounted for.
Is the voice-call blast included on every plan?
The voice-call channel requires a voice-capable Twilio number connected to your account. SMS, WhatsApp, push and the in-app siren work out of the box. Once your Twilio number is linked, the phones ring too.
Can we run a drill without a real alarm?
Yes. Drill mode fires exactly the same fan-out and muster board, but the messages are stamped as a drill and the audit log records it as one — so you can practise the whole flow without anyone thinking it's real.
How do we know a message actually got through?
Every channel is dispatched independently and logged per-recipient. A failed voice call is never mistaken for someone ignoring the alert — you see exactly which channel reached whom, and which didn't.
Where does the quick-raise button live?
Behind the global '+' button on both mobile and desktop, with a confirm step so nothing goes out by accident. First Aid or Emergency, tapped in seconds.
Life-safety capability is a board-level buying trigger. SiteLive is the one that actually rings the phones.
