Where do approvals live?
Inside the People tab in admin. Pending approvals, invitations and active users all live in one screen with a badge when something needs attention.
Do subbies see each other's bookings?
They see the live calendar so they can avoid clashes, but their own crews and contacts stay private to their organisation.
Can we remove a subbie?
Yes. Deactivate from the People tab and their crews lose access immediately while history stays intact for reporting.
